FSG forecast

Well, its looking a little cooler for FSG than it did yesterday (We're now officially one week out from the 1st day, so forecasts will start to get accurate.

Its looking like despite my concerns a month ago, it is unlikely to be blazing hot. I think we're still in for temperatures at the height of the day in the mid to high 80's, with occasional 90's, but nothing near as bad as what we saw last year. Lady Sunna appears to have decided not to come out in her "full glory" for the festival, but just enough for it to be pleasant

Rain forecast is still running slightly lower than what I'd expect for this time of year. This is particularly true for the end of the week. Thursday is still likely to be our heavy rain day (Thank you Thor). I don't have a firm picture on Fri-Sunday yet, But I believe we'll probably be looking at no rain for the weekend.

If you look at forecasts, you'll see 40% chances of rain. This isn't to be worried about, typically in Darlington, a day in June has a 60% of rain, so there's less of a chance of rain than we'd normally expec.

More tomorrow
